Changing Your Password

Open your Onos company domain in a web browser, usually companyname.onos.app

Select the option – ‘Forgot Password?

Enter your email address and select ‘Reset Password’.

This must be the address linked to your Onos account.

You will shortly receive an email from Onos. 

If you have not received an email from Onos please check your ‘Junk Mail’ folder and contact management. 

Click the ‘Reset Password’ link in the email and follow the on-screen instructions to setup a new password.

Important – For security reasons all email links expire after 15mins.
