Changing Your Password

Open your Cora company domain in a web browser, usually companyname.cora.live

Select the option – ‘Forgot Password?

Enter your email address and select ‘Reset Password’.

This must be the address linked to your Cora account.

You will shortly receive an email from Cora. 

If you have not received an email from Cora please check your ‘Junk Mail’ folder and contact management. 

Click the ‘Reset Password’ link in the email and follow the on-screen instructions to setup a new password.

Important – For security reasons all email links expire after 15mins.
